Policies

Return Policy:  Burgess Church Supply wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will do our best to to make you happy.  Most items are returnable for full credit; with the exception of any custom order items.  Shipping charges are not refunded.  All returns do require prior authorization.  Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number.  Please contact us within ten days of receiving your purchase for a refund.  There are no returns or exchanges after 30 days of purchase.

WHERE are items returned?  Merchandise may be returned in person at our store located at 1900 Brewerton Rd. Syracuse, NY 13211.  Our hours of operation are 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  Merchandise may be shipped to our store at 1900 Brewerton Rd. Syracuse, NY 13211.  If returning by postal service, please include PO Box 116.  Cost of shipping to return merchandise is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.  We are not responsible to refund returned merchandise if it has been damaged in transit to our location.  Most carriers offer insurance that can be purchased by the customer when returning an item.  The customer would file a claim with the carrier in the case of damage.

Payment:  Burgess Church Supply accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card for payments.  First time purchases must be paid with a credit card, however, after your first purchase you may request to receive an invoice in place of a credit card purchase.

Privacy Policy:  We respect your privacy and appreciate your business.  We do collect personal identifiable information when you visit our website, and will log information from your browser including your IP address and items that you looked at on our website.  We will never sell your personal information to anyone.

Shipping:  Burgess Church Supply will process all orders received before 2 PM on that day.  Most products will ship within 24 hours, with the exception of custom orders and items from over seas.  Once items are ready shipped, they will be sent Ground UPS or Fed Ex.  Shipping charges are based on total weight of items purchased.  When purchasing statues the buyer will be contacted with exact shipping charges prior to processing the order.  

Sales Tax:  New York State Sales Tax will be charged to New York State residents.  If you are a church and you provide a tax exempt ID number, you will not be charged tax except on personal items such as albs and clerical shirts.
